About Us

Gary Pierson - Youth President

To experience the ministry of Gary Pierson is an experience of love,
impartation, revival, challenge, impact, and edification. Among many
things, he is anointed to usher people into the presence of the Lord,
charge their gifts, and empower the people of God through his revelatory
preaching and teaching bringing spiritual insight into the lives of
many.

Since 2004, Gary has been revolutionizing the student ministry at Bible
World Church. Beginning with only a handful of young people under the
name of “IMPACT,” he challenged them to reach their friends, neighbors,
and classmates.  This resulted in services to where over 120 students
were in attendance and many being filled with the Holy Ghost. His youth
group has now been formally renamed to “REVERB” because there desirous
goal is to reverberate the god-called voices of this generation around
the globe.

William Bailey – Director of Promotions

William Bailey aka Bucky serves as the Ministry Pastor at The Original Pentecostals in Leesburg, Va. He serves as student pastor and other administrative roles. He and his family moved to Virginia in 1986 where is father began a home mission church in the city of Leesburg. From the young age of 6 he was taught how to reach those who are hurting, and how to build the kingdom God. Born with a nose deformity and other complications, Bucky has been given a gift some might mistake as a curse. God has given him a unique ability to identify with those who feel that they don’t fit in. Bucky is driven by

compassion, and putting others first. At the age of 16 Bucky received the call into the ministry, 2 years later he began serving as a youth leader, and began volunteering with VDYM youth camps.  4 years later he transitioned into the role of student pastor of The Original Pentecostals. In 2004 Bucky was appointed to a position with VDYM as a representative and has recently be elected and appointed to the position of district secretary.
As the future rapidly approaches one thing becomes more apparent with each second; time is running out. With every tick of the clock you have the choice to be a witness…Silent or Aloud… Its time that we amplify. Louder than ever!
